All orders will ship within  2 weeks depending on the item, and if it is in our stock. 

Please understand we are open to the public 6 days a week, and our turnover rate for most of our art & craft is  very good.  While we try to keep this web site current, and an item you see here could already be sold.  If an item you like is unavailable we may be able to get another (although some items are one of a kind and cannot be recreated).  Let us know of your interest and we’ll see what we can do.  It may take up to 4 weeks in this case.

Larger items will take longer if they need to be crated. 

All  shipping costs will be according to item and a price will be quoted to you before shipment.

    We cannot honor a claim for damaged merchandise unless the following procedure has been followed: 

1)     Repack  damaged items in the original packaging.  Do not discard any  packing materials.

2)    Call your local UPS or FedEx representative to file a claim.  UPS/FedEx  will  ask for our  address, contents and value of the damaged  items.  UPS/FedEx will arrange for the  pickup  of the damaged items.  Hold the package for pickup by UPS/FedEx.  Sometimes we ship with Bax Global as well.

3)     Notify us of the specific damage within  5 days of receiving the order.

Liability for in-transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier.  Claim procedures must be started by you, the recipient.
